Join UsCIA offers its membership the opportunity to grow and learn in a friendly and supportive environment. Our monthly meetings often include guest speakers from related industries, presentation and analysis of a members recent inspection report, and lively discussion of current issues. Our membership includes not only inspectors, but former and current real estate agents, electricians, engineers and HVAC professionals, and our organization provides the framework for a positive networking experience each month. This network of professionals and experienced inspectors is a great benefit to our membership. It is a resource that is available to you whenever a question or problem presents itself. Dues shall be $100 per person/per year. The dues for those who are recent graduates of Champions School of Real Estate inspection classes and have passed the State Exam will be $25.00 for the first 3 months and then will be pro-rated quarterly up to the date of renewal. Dues are non-refundable, and are non-transferable. Current membership renewal dues are to be paid by June 1 of each year. Membership renewals paid after June 30th will be charged a $10 late fee. Dues must be paid in total by July 31 of each year in order for the member to be added to the printing of the current brochure or any other marketing item produced by the Association.
